Julia is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), building upon her extensive background of over 24 years in healthcare. She specializes in adult mental health, with a focus on anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, PTSD, memory loss, trauma, and geriatric care. Throughout her career, Julia has served as a Director of Nursing in multiple settings, including acute care, long-term care, memory units, and assisted living facilities. She was recognized as Nurse of the Year in 2010 for her outstanding leadership in long-term care. Julia’s approach emphasizes patient-centered care, compassion, and the development of strong therapeutic relationships to promote meaningful and lasting healing.
