With over 13 years of experience in both behavioral and medical health, Yuka specializes in adult mental health, with expertise in ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, and trauma. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and a Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Yuka also brings a global perspective to her practice, having volunteered extensively in Guatemala, China, and Japan, and is bilingual in Japanese and English. Yuka is passionate about providing culturally sensitive, individualized care through a combination of medication management and psychotherapy, emphasizing long-term therapeutic relationships and overall patient well-being.
